This report presents data on measures of the following smoking behaviors before, during, and after pregnancy: 1) smoking during the 3 months before pregnancy, 2) smoking during the last 3 months of pregnancy, 3) quitting smoking during the last 3 months of pregnancy among women who smoked during the 3 months before pregnancy, and 4) smoking during the postpartum period (assessed at the time of questionnaire completion)
